Vehicle Testing New Zealand (VTNZ) is an authorized New Zealand Transport Agency agent that processes over-the-counter Road User Charges (RUC) transactions. Customers can purchase RUC distance units for light diesel vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and heavy commercial fleets, and receive a printed windscreen label at the time of purchase. VTNZ verifies vehicle classes and weight bands during the transaction, and also provides commercial accounts for businesses to manage their RUC purchasing and fleet compliance.
